Job Description:

As a Marketing Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating 30-40 content calendars per month, including content for websites and Instagram, using client assets that are already available for restaurant advertising, social media presence, and menus. You will also schedule all approved content, write short copies for advertisements and other purposes, stay updated on marketing community trends and best practices, and run the restaurants’ social media profiles.

Required Skills/Work Experience:

  • Experience using Canva is a must!
  • Creative, proactive, and resourceful candidate with strong writing skills
  • Outgoing teammate who isn’t afraid to ask questions and find new opportunities
  • Creative teammate who’s excited to learn more about marketing through their own research and apply it to their work
  • Strong time management skills, planning, and high attention to detail
  • Exceptional soft skills (teamwork, adaptability, critical thinking, and reliability)
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, social media marketing, email marketing, and SMS marketing (preferred)
  • Portfolio that shows off creativity, accomplishments, and career as a creative person

  • RAM: 8 GB
  • Operating System (PC): Windows 10 or newer, (macOS): Catalina (10.15) or newer
  • Internet: Stable ping 80 ms or less, 10 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
  • Preferably a headset with a noise-canceling feature – No background noises
  • A decent webcam

Schedule:

Flexible with a minimum 4-hour overlap with your manager’s 9 AM to 5 PM Central Standard Time (CST) schedule.
