Job Description:

Are you ready to solve a systemic data problem and shape the future of finance? Join Argyle’s dynamic team as a Data Quality Team Lead. In this role, you will lead and scale our Data Quality (DQ) team, responsible for research, knowledge management, quality assurance, and internal BI. As we expand into data engineering and automation, you’ll drive our data strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to key initiatives. This hybrid Manager-IC role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our product and join a fun and ambitious remote team spread across multiple countries.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale Argyle’s Data Quality (DQ) team, initially as a hybrid Manager-IC role.
• Own and drive Data Quality KPIs, working closely with Data Organization’s leadership and teams.
• Drive QA, automation, tooling, and data engineering agenda and deliverables.
• Build collaborative relationships with Analytics and Documentation teams.
• Contribute to Argyle’s Data Quality strategy and shape underlying initiatives.
