Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize excellent customer service skills to handle client inquiries and questions.
- Set appointments for our sales representatives to follow up with potential customers.
- Perform accurate data entry using our customer relations management software (CRM).
- Contact previous customers and leads to introduce them to our services.
- Ensure meticulous record-keeping of all calls and leads.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a call center agent or similar retail experience.
- Comfortable being on the phone for extended periods and making cold calls.
- Typing speed of 40+ words per minute and proficiency in basic computer and data entry skills.
- 2 years of customer service representative (CSR) experience is a plus.
