Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize excellent customer service skills to handle client inquiries and questions.
  • Set appointments for our sales representatives to follow up with potential customers.
  • Perform accurate data entry using our customer relations management software (CRM).
  • Contact previous customers and leads to introduce them to our services.
  • Ensure meticulous record-keeping of all calls and leads.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a call center agent or similar retail experience.
  • Comfortable being on the phone for extended periods and making cold calls.
  • Typing speed of 40+ words per minute and proficiency in basic computer and data entry skills.
  • 2 years of customer service representative (CSR) experience is a plus.
