As a Cruise Arranger, you will be an essential part of our travel planning team, responsible for creating exceptional travel itineraries, including arranging group transportation, hotel accommodations, and venue reservations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records to ensure personalized service and smooth communication.
• Taking detailed notes of client preferences to curate tailor-made travel experiences.
• Efficiently managing your calendar and coordinating travel arrangements with travel agents for seamless customer interactions.
• Engaging with potential clients through email and social media platforms, generating interest, and scheduling introductory calls with our travel agents.
