Responsibilities:
- Liaise with employees and customers to collect and update vital information for our databases.
- Accurately capture and enter data into relevant databases in a timely manner.
- Identify errors, promptly bring them to the attention of relevant parties, and correct them as needed.
- Participate in surveys and studies, following both written and oral instructions.
- Gather and organize invoices, statements, reports, and personal details from various sources.
- Review information to identify relevant data and maintain data integrity.
- Create precise spreadsheets and update databases, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Safeguard data confidentiality and ensure backups are maintained.
- Communicate errors and discrepancies to relevant parties.
- Store hard copies of data in an organized manner for reference.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Equipped with a working camera on your smartphone or a webcam on your computer.
- Access to a reliable internet connection for seamless remote work.
- Interest in engaging fully in survey and study topics.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions with precision.
- Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
