Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain product listings, regularly update pricing and stock information.
- Collaborate with various departments to execute campaigns and promotions on e-commerce platforms.
- Plan and execute e-commerce and digital advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and ensure excellent customer service, satisfaction, and store ratings.
- Maintain and update records and databases with relevant data.
- Assist in measuring marketing and customer-related metrics such as sales, trends, and spending patterns.
- Process daily orders from websites and online platforms.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Graduate Diploma/Degree in E-Commerce or equivalent.
- Proficiency and experience with WooCommerce, Shopee, and Lazada platforms are highly preferred.
- Previous experience in E-Commerce or related field.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and team-oriented individual.
- Basic design knowledge is a plus.
