The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, possess fast typing skills, and have an unwavering attention to detail. Reporting to a data manager or senior data team member, you must have a solid understanding of data confidentiality principles.

Our company relies on your accuracy and attention to detail to maintain updated and easily accessible data through a digital database.

Responsibilities:

  • Input data provided directly from customers.
  • Create accurate spreadsheets containing large numbers without errors.
  • Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing with source documents.
  • Update existing data entries as necessary.
  • Retrieve data from electronic files or the database upon request.
  • Regularly perform data backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Organize and sort paperwork after data entry to prevent loss.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk.
  • Proficiency in fast typing; familiarity with touch typing system strongly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of databases.
  • Proficient command of written and oral English, coupled with excellent customer service skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
