Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you play a pivotal role in consulting with potential customers, offering debt relief options to pave the way for financial freedom. This full-time position (40hrs/week) requires weekend availability, with one weekend day (either Sat or Sun) as part of the regular schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Assess customers’ financial situations and recommend suitable debt relief solutions.
- Utilize consultative sales scripting to effectively perform sales.
- Educate clients on a range of financial solutions for managing debt.
- Manage a personal lead pipeline, ensuring maximum efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records in the CRM.
- Ensure all sales transactions adhere to compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and highly driven individual.
- Proven success in surpassing goals within a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to view challenges as opportunities and objections as buying questions.
- Sales experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Financial services experience is a plus.
- Strong written, verbal, and oral communication skills.
