Job Description:

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Make and confirm reservations, sell tickets, and provide professional service to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Assist passengers requiring special assistance to board or depart.
• Ensure timely closure of sales reports.
• Promote Qatar Airways products to generate revenue.
• Record and process reservations made through various channels.
• Handle Help desk – assist travel agents with seat confirmations, upgrade/downgrade proposals.
• Issue MCOs and refunds; process lost and time-barred tickets.
• Examine passenger tickets, advise passengers correctly, and plan routes.
• Determine space availability on requested travel dates.
• Communicate changes in travel conveyance or confirm reservations with customers.
• Sell and assemble tickets for transmittal or mailing.

Qualifications:

• Relevant College or University qualification.
• 2 years of job-related experience.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• Thorough knowledge of special rates, offers, and promotions.
• Proven ability to manage room sales with a focus on revenue.
• Adherence to Management Policy and target sales mix.
• High potential individual willing to learn and be trained.
• Demonstrates Quality Consciousness.
