Job Description: Paid Social Media Growth Manager
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and execute digital marketing services through Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram, and potentially Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok).
- Independently manage medium to large clients, demonstrating expertise in media buying without supervision.
- Facilitate successful onboarding of new customers, develop digital marketing strategies, and configure appropriate retainers.
- Establish customer support practices by creating and maintaining policies and procedures for an optimal client experience.
- Benchmark, measure, and report on campaign performance.
- Manage post-sale activity, focusing on relationship building, planning, coaching, and execution.
- Maintain standard operating procedures for client relationship management, weekly reporting, and monthly reporting.
- Run weekly/bi-weekly client calls, managing relationships with the agency.
- Maintain internal best practice guides and report on industry updates, operational best practices, and new technologies.
- Understand paid social best practices, successfully implementing and speaking to all channel-specific features relevant to a client’s business.
- Assist management with business development and financial planning.
What You Need:
- Track record of academic achievement, leadership, and involvement at a top institution.
- 2-5 years of professional experience, specifically within Facebook Ads Manager (TikTok + other platforms a plus).
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and creative critical thinkers.
- Ability to navigate tools/platforms outside of ads manager (MTA tools a plus).
- Understanding of the impact creative can have on an account, ability to conceptualize, advise, and iterate creative.
- A/B testing expertise and ability to analyze findings at a granular level.
- Team player actively engaging with others in the department to share findings and contribute to the culture.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary.
- Full-time (40 hours per week), long-term remote position.
- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (±1 hour accepted) – EST.
