About Russell Tobin: Russell Tobin, a global delivery service company, is in search of a dynamic and results-driven Sales Appointment Setter to join their team. If you possess excellent communication skills, a talent for building relationships, and a proactive attitude, this role offers a chance to play a crucial part in identifying potential clients and supporting a talented sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients via phone calls to generate interest in the delivery service.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to support the sales team.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives, ensuring a seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Bilingual in English and French preferred.
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or in a Sales/Customer Service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
