What To Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Answer a high volume of calls daily.
• Perform patient registration for Emergency Department (ED) and Urgent Care.
• Collect patient demographics over the phone.
• Verify insurance and discuss co-pays and financial responsibility with patients.
• Enter data into EPIC (Registration platform).

What Is Required (Qualifications):

• 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with EHR/Epic.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
