Responsibilities:
As a Full-Time Virtual Assistant at Outsourced, your responsibilities include:
- Documenting tasks from meetings and sharing them with the team
- Creating project plans in Notion and updating timelines
- Checking project task status and communicating with team members
- Building aesthetically pleasing templates for Notion pages
- Documenting standard operating procedures
- Ordering and ensuring timely delivery of client gifts and promotional items
- Turning notes into client-facing, branded materials
- Drafting contracts based on Hubspot deal information
Work Location:
- Home-based
- Strong internet connection required (minimum of 20 Mbps)
Working Hours:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
- 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PH
