- Research and Story Development: Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover unique travel stories, trends, and experiences.
- Photography and Content Creation: Capture visuals to augment text and contribute to multimedia storytelling.
- Generate Engaging Content: Produce captivating travel articles, features, and destination guides for publication in One Planet Journey.
- Collaborate with Editors: Work with our editorial team to refine and polish content before release. Take part in meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Social Media Engagement: Leverage social media to share stories, connect with readers, and build a following for One Planet Journey.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional Writing: Craft compelling, engaging, SEO-optimized, and grammatically flawless content that is the next best thing to actually being at the destination.
- Media: Basic photography knowhow and familiarity with content creation (photo and video) to complement written pieces.
- Social Media Savvy: Utilize social platforms to share our work, build a community, and promote One Planet Journey’s brand.
- Creativity: Generate fresh, innovative ideas for travel content that suit our profile, and then execute from idea to finish.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in information, fact-checking, and adherence to editorial guidelines.
