Role Description:
Embark on a dynamic career as a Travel Concierge with Kosher Scotland. This full-time hybrid role invites you to traverse Scotland daily, meeting new people and enriching their travel experiences. As a Travel Concierge, you’ll provide comprehensive concierge services, including reservation management, addressing client needs during vacations, and accompanying them on trips. Full training will be provided for aspects such as acting as a driver/guide for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer exceptional concierge services to clients, managing reservations and ensuring a seamless vacation experience.
- Accompany clients on trips, acting as a driver/guide with comprehensive training provided.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Execute tasks with organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Work independently and remotely, showcasing adaptability.
- Leverage knowledge of Scotland’s tourist attractions to enhance client experiences.
- Possess a valid driving license as a prerequisite for the role.
- Share your passion for Scotland with clients, contributing to their memorable journeys.
