We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant (EVA) to provide comprehensive support to multiple CXOs within our organization. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks while ensuring seamless coordination and communication across various departments.

Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to multiple CXOs, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Communication Management: Act as a primary point of contact, email/inbox prioritization for each CXO, ensuring timely responses.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the CXOs’ requirements.
- Project Coordination: Assist in managing projects by liaising with internal and external stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Information Management: Organize and maintain confidential information, files, and records in a systematic and accessible manner.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing Company & Department events, conferences, and executive retreats.
- Task Delegation: Support in delegating tasks to other team members and departments, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up.
- Strategic Support: Conduct research, gather data, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making for the CXOs.
- Ad Hoc Support: Handle special projects and other duties as assigned by the CXOs.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant supporting multiple C-suite executives.
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, project management software, and virtual communication platforms.
- Discretion and Integrity: Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, willing to take on new challenges, and learn new skills as required.
