Responsibilities:

• Creation of the Digital Marketing strategy, defining the best approach to make Joinrs known to students and graduates.
• Social Media Management Support, planning and executing strategies on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Threads, Instagram, and X.
• Digital Content Creation, contributing to blog posts, articles, email marketing, and more.
• Analysis of Marketing Metrics, utilizing analytical tools to monitor digital campaign performance.
• Performance Marketing, Online Advertising Campaigns & Advertising, collaborating on the creation and management of online campaigns.
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization), learning the basics of SEO to improve website visibility.
• Graphic Design, collaborating with graphic designers to create content for various platforms.

Contract & Compensation:

• 6-month internship contract with a salary of $80,000 yearly, aiming for a permanent contract.
• Annual base salary of $80,000 (USD) prorated based on internship start and end date.
• Salary reviews every six months based on experience and impact.

Selection Process:

1. CV Screening: Curriculum vitae (CV) screening within 20 days of application.
2. Phone Interview: A 15-minute phone interview with our HR Manager.
3. Video Interview: A 45-minute video interview with the HR Manager and future supervisor.
