Job Description

Authority Brands Inc., headquartered in Columbia, MD, is a prominent provider of home services, fostering brands that propel the success of our franchisees while enhancing the lives of homeowners and our employees. We are currently seeking a remote Digital Marketing Specialist to play a crucial role in driving key marketing initiatives and advancing the company’s mission and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven paid marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Manage and optimize B2B paid campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define lead generation goals and strategies.
  • Work with external partners, agencies, and vendors to maximize performance and ensure digital marketing efficacy.
  • Create and manage engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion paths.
  • Implement A/B testing and data analysis to refine ad copy, design, and landing page elements.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations.
  • Assist other Marketing teams with end-of-month billing and reporting needs.
  • Provide ongoing support through regular paid campaign audits and industry research.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of lead generation and/or paid campaign marketing.
  • Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Microsoft PowerBI, or Tableau.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use formulas and generate tables and visuals.
  • Google Ads certification a plus.
  • Creative mindset and the ability to craft compelling ad copy and design elements.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, CRM platforms, and website or landing page creation a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking.
  • Results-oriented, analytical, and a problem-solver.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment, multi-location experience a plus.
