Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls and email correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Efficiently coordinate appointments, meetings, and clients’ schedules.
- Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for employees.
- Accurately prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Demonstrated 1-2 years of experience in administrative assistant roles or similar positions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong computer literacy.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with project management software or tools.
- Knowledge of cloud-based file storage and collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365).
- Experience in basic bookkeeping or accounting tasks.
