At New Media Services (NMS), we’re seeking talented individuals to join our team as English Chat Support Specialists. In this role, you’ll engage with customers and subscribers through Instant Messaging and SMS, delivering personalized experiences that cater to their needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in interactive and creative communication with customers/subscribers via Instant Messaging and SMS.
- Provide personalized support to meet the needs of each subscriber/user.
- Demonstrate excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, at least at a B2 level.
- Work effectively in a virtual team environment with minimal supervision.
- Maintain flexibility in working hours and demonstrate commitment to the job.
- Ensure a reliable internet connection and have access to a computer/laptop.
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
- While experience in customer service or business process/technology support is not required, it is considered an advantage.
