LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES

Job Title: Ecommerce Virtual Assistant
Schedule: M-F, 9AM – 5PM MST
Salary Range: $900-1,200
Benefits: PH Holidays, Possible performance bonus

About The Role:

You will play a crucial role in optimizing the online presence and enhancing customer experience across ecommerce platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage All Things Cedar’s accounts on Amazon, Lowes, Wayfair, Walmart, and our new Shopify site.
  • Provide recommendations to increase profitability and volume on various marketplaces.
  • Deliver weekly reports with key insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor pricing consistency across marketplaces.
  • Manage and optimize product listings, including SEO strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement PPC & SEO strategies.
  • Monitor online sales data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage Amazon advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor competitive products and strategies.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Undertake various administrative tasks for smooth operations.
  • Stay updated with marketplace policies and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience as an Amazon Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Walmart, Lowes, Wayfair, and Shopify.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon policies and advertising platforms.
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills.
  • Highly organized and reliable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using Helium 10 and Microsoft Office.
