Job Summary:

Good Customer Service, Proficient in English (oral and written)

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones to receive and record incoming calls for service requests, repairs, and inquiries.
• Assign, schedule, coordinate, and prioritize all service requests to efficiently dispatch service techs.
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and technicians.
• Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.
• Act as a hotline for field operations, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
• Promote appliance repair services and quotes to customers while maintaining accurate records.
• Perform other assigned duties as directed.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of office software and routing tools like House Call Pro
• Reliable attendance, timeliness, and willingness to work
• Proactive with a strong work ethic
• Ability to react to constant changes, overcome obstacles, and resolve problems
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
• Active listener with excellent communication skills
• Sound judgment and critical thinking

Work Location:

Home-based
Strong internet connection (minimum of 20 Mbps)
Own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)

Work Schedule:

Tuesday – Saturday, 12AM – 9AM Manila Time
