Job Summary:
As an Appointment Setter at High Minded Realty, your role is pivotal in initiating conversations with potential clients to schedule appointments for our home buying specialists. Utilizing various communication channels, including calls, voicemails, texts, and emails, you’ll engage with leads in our system to facilitate warm interactions and qualify leads for our closers. This fully remote position offers a W2 employment status and immediate availability for hiring.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to prospects
- Leaving warm and inviting voicemails
- Sending engaging text messages and emails
- Qualifying leads and passing them to closers
- Ensuring closers are occupied with scheduled appointments throughout the day
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with prospects
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Availability Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm MST
- Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free home office environment
- A genuine passion for engaging with people and spending extended time on the phone
- Willingness to take on a W2 employment position
Compensation:
$50,000 annually
