Are you a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a minimum of 3 years of experience? We’re seeking a Finance Manager to assist our Finance Director in overseeing and managing the financial operations of our organization. In this role, you’ll play a key part in providing strategic financial guidance, implementing financial policies and procedures, analyzing financial data, and ensuring the overall financial health of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Strategy: Assist the Finance Director in financial planning and strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, to support our company’s goals and objectives.
• Financial Reporting: Analyze and report on financial performance, providing accurate and timely information to management, stakeholders, and external parties.
• Compliance and Controls: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines, develop and implement accounting policies and procedures, and manage internal controls to safeguard company assets and minimize business risks.

Requirements:

• Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in using QuickBooks and other accounting software to perform accounting tasks effectively.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and procedures, preferably from experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services.
