Summary:

Join our team as an Email Marketing Specialist, contributing to our market research initiatives by effectively promoting our opportunities and engaging with potential participants through email campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research studies.
• Segment email lists based on factors like demographics and engagement levels to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Design and create compelling email templates and content that drive engagement and increase participation rates.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement A/B testing strategies to refine email content and optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in email marketing to implement innovative strategies and tactics.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a remote or digital marketing role.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive email content.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about campaign optimization.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality and error-free email campaigns.
