Job Summary:

As a Junior Virtual Assistant at RYDU, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing various administrative and technical tasks remotely. Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Manage incoming emails and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain departmental contact lists and update transaction records.
  • Conduct research and gather information for the team.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up with team members.
  • Assist in training new team members on processes.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Data Management:

  • Conduct data entry, cleansing, and organization.
  • Maintain and update databases with accuracy.
  • Generate reports and analyze data for decision-making.
  • Work with applications like Google Sheets, ClickUp, and Dear Inventory.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and documents.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data.

Workflow Management:

  • Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for task execution.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows.
  • Track project timelines and milestones.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role is advantageous but not required.
