Job Description:
Join Milan Art as a Virtual Marketing Assistant supporting Elli and Dimitra Milan in their personal brands. Execute innovative strategies to elevate their presence globally, encompassing email marketing, social media campaigns, and public relations outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of Elli and Dimitra Milan’s individual brands to encapsulate their artistic voice and essence in marketing endeavors.
- Implement digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media campaigns, and website content updates, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Conduct public relations research to secure podcast features, press coverage, and magazine articles, expanding brand visibility.
- Coordinate calendar management, scheduling meetings, and tracking strategic goals to support brand growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a creative industry or supporting C-suite executives.
- Proficiency in Shopify, email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and graphic design/photo editing skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools like ChatGPT, Grammarly, Notion, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong grasp of online marketing concepts, SEO best practices, and the art industry market.
- Excellent writing, copy-editing, and communication skills, with a passion for learning about art trends.
