Job Description:
Employer Industry: Customer Service in the Healthcare Industry
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Educate customers on healthcare topics and benefit plan options to ensure understanding and satisfaction.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and facilitate connections with care providers.
- Guide customers in navigating websites for self-sufficiency in accessing healthcare resources.
- Receive coaching on key metrics for member satisfaction to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of one year experience in insurance operations
- Proficiency with computers
- Adherence to work schedule and department hours
- Must complete scheduled breaks and meals
