Your Duties and Tasks:

  • Handle phone calls and direct inquiries.
  • Perform entry-level bookkeeping tasks, including expense recording and receipt organization.
  • Resolve billing issues with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide account access, usage reports, and data analysis as requested.
  • Assist in quality assurance checks for internal and client-facing reports.
  • Manage new client contracts, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Contribute to database maintenance and data entry tasks.
  • Research, order, and distribute company-wide gifts periodically.
  • Coordinate company events, competitions, and special projects.
  • Manage holiday calendars, time off requests, and schedule variations.

Your Qualifications:

  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow within the team and company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, ethics, and trustworthiness.
  • Intermediate spreadsheet skills preferred.
  • Innovative mindset with a willingness to challenge existing methods.
  • Experience in bookkeeping or financial record-keeping preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, Quickbooks Online, and G Suite preferred.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
  • Reliable remote workspace with a fast computer, quality internet, camera, microphone, and speakers.
