Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for customers via phone, offering exceptional service and guiding them through inquiries and solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Document customer interactions accurately across various platforms and collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Strive to exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to maintain focus on the phone with minimal distractions throughout the shift.
  • Proficiency in operating multiple windows and tabs while delivering exceptional customer service over the phone.
  • Typing assessment required.
  • Excellent attendance record to ensure availability when customers need assistance.
