Job Summary:
Join Cubic Corporation as a Customer Service Representative, providing assistance to customers regarding fare media cards and accounts. Deliver exceptional call support to cardholders, patrons, and transit operators with professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming fare media phone calls, addressing customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Execute assigned tasks efficiently and accurately while adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Update and resolve assigned issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Address inquiries related to fare media and initiate outbound calls as necessary.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent, with at least two years of experience in Customer Service/Call Center roles.
  • Some college coursework preferred.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude, able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and respond in high-volume situations.

Important Information:

  • Applicants must reside in Metro Vancouver to be considered.
  • Successful candidates must attend 4-5 weeks of initial training at the Burnaby office.
  • Availability required from 6:30 AM to 11:30 PM, with schedules provided at least one week in advance.

Compensation:
$17.40 – $18.50 per hour, plus benefits.
