Job Description:

Join our team at Infinia Search as a Data Entry Clerk and play a crucial role in processing financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop proficiency in processing brokerage and mutual fund transactions according to training guidelines.
  • Stay updated on procedural changes and technology enhancements, suggesting process improvements as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address incomplete or invalid paperwork, ensuring timely resolution of processing issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete complex processing tasks, demonstrating accountability and urgency.
  • Participate in team meetings and goal-setting discussions, consistently updating personal goals.
  • Maintain strong client focus and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage high-volume workloads with time constraints, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Resolve problems efficiently and manage time effectively to meet department standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • Business-related education and/or Financial Services experience preferred.
  • Strong client focus and ability to develop relationships.
  • Comfortable working in high-volume situations with time constraints.
  • Strong problem resolution and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and navigating a laptop.

Training:

Attendance during training is mandatory, with 100% attendance required.
Hybrid training model schedule: M-F 8:30am-5pm AZ time.
Post-training schedule: M-F 9:30am-6pm AZ time.

Additional Details:

  • Typical work week: 37.50 hours with periodic overtime based on business needs.
  • Mandatory 40-hour work week during peak tax season (December to April).
  • Contract job type with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.
