Role Overview:
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you play a crucial role in recording and collecting customer invoices, ensuring accurate and prompt processing. Join us in our mission to empower shoppers and provide affordable solutions.

What You’ll Get The Opportunity To Do:

Accounts Receivable & Collections:

• Maintain and reconcile the accounts receivable ledger, preparing management reports, including delinquent accounts.
• Provide positive customer experiences by discussing options and setting up payment arrangements.
• Oversee collections by contacting customers, negotiating, resolving conflicts, and expediting payments.
• Manage weekly reviews of accounts 60+ days past due.
• Analyze trends in bad debts, recommending improvements to accounts receivable policies.

Invoicing & Billing:

• Review system-generated invoices, make necessary billing adjustments, and create manual invoices where system limitations arise.
• Manage retailer requests and resolve billing inquiries daily.
• Prepare weekly PO/Portal reconciliation reporting and submission of billing in 3rd party billing portals.
• Support W9 and remittance requests.
• Conduct deep dives in response to client requests for adjustments impacting billing.

Special Projects:

• Assess existing billing and receivables processes, recommending improvements.
• Assist in executing ad-hoc projects related to process improvements.

What You’ll Bring To The Team:

• 3-5 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Proficiency in Excel Basics.
• Solid understanding of accounts receivable and financial concepts.
• Experience with Enterprise account software.
• Experience with NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, Google Workspace, and Salesforce is considered an asset.
