Job Description:
AdMedia is in search of a hardworking and ambitious Affiliate Manager with experience in online search advertising marketing and media to join our Publisher Development team. This remote position requires a self-starter with multifaceted skills, and we provide initial and ongoing technical training on our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Quickly become well-versed in our industry-leading products and services across search, mobile, and display advertising.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with digital media publishers nationwide.
- Manage middle/top-tier digital media publisher accounts and contribute to the development of account management strategies.
- Monitor account activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase account-generated revenues.
- Maintain a high level of communication with accounts, recommend new campaigns, and provide performance feedback to internal teams.
- Supply creative packages, links, and reporting to accounts as needed.
- Communicate and monitor compliance or brand guidelines in the ever-changing digital marketing landscape.
- Set and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for revenue growth.
- Represent AdMedia at industry conferences and client meetings, both virtual and in-person.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role within an affiliate or performance marketing environment.
- BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Business.
- 3+ years of programmatic experience in publisher business development for SSPs, data companies, media companies, or other related organizations.
- Proven track record of effectively managing and building client relationships.
- Masterful presentation and negotiation skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Availability for light travel.
- Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience managing an affiliate program with CJ, Amazon, eBay, Impact, ShareASale, etc., is a plus.
