Sportskeeda is seeking an Affiliate Program Specialist for a remote position. With 1-3 years of experience, this contract role is ideal for someone with a strong background in affiliate marketing who aspires to advance in performance marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for affiliates, managing key relationships within the affiliate team.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the affiliate program, including onboarding and retention initiatives.
• Manage deal tracking, monitoring, and closing activities, generating regular reports for growth opportunities.
• Create and execute strategies for each affiliate partner to drive growth, collaborating with content managers for enhanced content creation.
• Work closely with the marketing team on both organic and paid campaigns, utilizing CRM tools for effective lead management.
• Monitor day-to-day affiliate activities and assess daily performance.

Qualifications:

• Prior work experience in affiliate marketing (Experience with Networks, Publishers, and Aggregators like AWIN, Impact.com, Uswitch, Commission Junction, or similar networks).
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to take ownership, display high commitment, and multitask.
• Good oral and written communication skills, with a preference for candidates with client management experience.
• 1-3 years of demonstrated experience with affiliate marketing within an agency or in-house environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel (pivot tables/vlookup).
• Ability to use insights data for the development of strategies and plans.
• Proficient knowledge of multiple sports is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, positive attitude, drive, and a collaborative spirit.
