Your role involves delivering exceptional service, maintaining data accuracy, and collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a helpful attitude.
- Independently process customer requests accurately and escalate when needed.
- Uphold data accuracy and integrity following established guidelines.
- Foster inter-departmental communication for prompt responses and issue resolutions.
- Build positive relationships with both colleagues and customers.
- Contribute feedback for continuous process improvement.
- Assume additional responsibilities as directed by management.
- Participate in weekend on-call duties on a rotating basis.
- Cover other shift hours as required.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of related customer support or engagement experience.
- Strong customer service skills; prior experience in customer service is preferred.
- Ability to maintain professionalism during challenging situations.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, listening, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in research, planning, and problem-solving.
- Basic computer and operating system knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Multilingual skills.
- Previous experience with Salesforce or CRM applications is advantageous.
Compensation:
The base salary for this role ranges from $29,787.00 to $37,234.00 per year, with compensation subject to variation based on skills, experience, and location.
