Job Description:

Summary:

Data Nomad is seeking remote customer administrator virtual assistants to support our clients’ administrative needs. Join us in participating in paid national and local focus groups, clinical trials, and market research studies, offering flexibility and the opportunity to earn extra income from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via email, chat, or phone.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling focus groups, clinical trials, and market research studies.
