Summary:

As a Customer Support Associate at DemandHub, you play a pivotal role in local businesses’ success. From onboarding and training to providing exceptional support, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our customers maximize the benefits of our messaging platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and train new customers.
  • Build strong relationships and become the customers’ go-to person.
  • Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Create and update customer success guides for process optimization.
  • Analyze customer needs and focus on retention.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Assist in planning, managing, and executing customer success initiatives.
  • Stay knowledgeable about the evolving DemandHub platform.
  • Collaborate with the product development team for customer-centric improvements.
  • Devise solutions to problems, ensuring delightful customer experiences.

All About You:

  • University degree or college diploma.
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience (sales or customer service).
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Active listener with empathy.
  • Comfortable handling difficult situations and conversations.
  • Passion for working with software.
  • Desire to see customers succeed and exceed expectations.

Bonus Points If:

  • Experience in a SaaS company.
  • Interest in building a career in Customer Success.
