Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to customers via inbound calls and email support in English.
  • Address customer concerns and inquiries accurately and promptly.
  • Record and maintain customer interactions in our database.
  • Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level targets.
  • Stay updated on products and services to provide effective assistance.
  • Adhere to department and company policies while assisting customers.
  • Demonstrate commitment and flexibility towards work, ensuring attendance adherence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or service.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets is advantageous.
  • Neutral accent.
  • Above-average typing speed is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends or holidays if required.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Good time management and multitasking skills.

  1. I have four years of experience as a Customer Service Representative and two years of experience as a Chat Moderator. My objective is to help and entertain the clients by responding with minimal delays and keeping the conversation flowing smoothly and efficiently.
    I have a strong understanding of the online community and its dynamics thus can create and develop an imaginative and engaging experience for the clients, build rapport, and ensure the customer has a positive experience.
