Job Description:
Truelancer is currently seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide valuable insights for data-driven decision-making. We are looking for an individual with expertise in data visualization, statistical analysis, and data mining to identify trends and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful information and actionable insights.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using statistical methods and data visualization tools.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data reports and dashboards for key performance metrics.
- Perform data mining and exploratory analysis to uncover hidden opportunities and challenges.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality control measures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
- Experience with SQL and Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
