Job Description:
We are seeking an entry-level Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the operational trading company Ibero Kenya Limited. The position will be based in our Ruiru office and will report directly to the Trading Administration Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing data on all systems, positions, and trade-related matters including all purchases and sales. The Data Entry Clerk will also maintain trade records and ensure that they are up to date and complete, assist in the generation of coffee release instructions, and coordinate warrant dispatches to various warehouses.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data into various internal trade systems and positions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain trade records and ensure that they are up to date and complete.
- Assist in the generation of coffee release instructions and coordinate warrant dispatches to various warehouses.
- Assist in the generation of coffee movement permits on AFA IMIS systems.
- Assist in logistics management between local transporter and third-party warehouses.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and copying documents as required.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data entry, security, and privacy.
- Any other duties assigned to you by your supervisor from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate and good working knowledge of Microsoft office especially Excel.
- Analytical & problem-solving minded
- High Integrity
- Collaborative skills
