Position Overview:
Join our team as a meticulous and adaptable Data Entry Clerk. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our database systems by accurately inputting and updating data, ensuring records are up to date, and supporting routine administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately inputting data into various databases and systems.
- Conducting thorough reviews of data to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies.
- Updating and maintaining precise records to uphold data integrity.
- Providing assistance with routine administrative tasks as required.
- Safeguarding the confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 0-5 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Proficient typing and data entry skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
