Position Overview:
As a Data Entry Clerk at Mastech Digital, you’ll be responsible for processing memberships, validating information, and providing outstanding customer service over the phone. This role does not involve call center duties but requires a high level of accuracy and efficiency in data entry tasks.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 6 months of data entry experience, with a focus on typing speed and proficiency in Excel.
• Background in healthcare or medical fields.
• Strong customer service skills, particularly in handling high-volume phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process memberships accurately and efficiently.
2. Validate and prepare information for processing.
3. Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
4. Perform finance-related activities as needed.

Preferred Skills:

1. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
2. Previous experience in outgoing calls or call center environments is highly preferred.
3. Demonstrated work stability with an excellent attendance record.
4. Some experience with cash handling, such as accounting or cashier roles, is advantageous.
5. Proficiency in alphanumeric data entry.
6. Commitment to a customer-centric service model.

Compensation:
Offering competitive pay rates starting at $18 per hour, with opportunities for overtime to increase earnings.
