Role Description:
Staffing 360 Global is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Office Assistant to join our team. This full-time remote role involves accurately organizing and inputting data, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality, and maintaining our databases. The role also includes providing administrative support to our remote team.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data in our systems.
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of data.
- Maintain and update existing databases.
- Provide administrative support to the remote team.
- Organize electronic and hard copy files for easy retrieval.
- Handle additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Excellent communication and typing skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field.
- Experience working remotely or in a remote team is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in administration or a related field is a plus.
