Job Description
As a Data Entry Operator at Reliable Sign Supply, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and updating our customer and product databases. Your key responsibilities will include inputting customer information, updating records, and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all data.
Responsibilities
- Inputting customer and account data from source documents within specified time limits.
- Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information for computer entry.
- Reviewing data for errors, correcting any discrepancies, and ensuring output accuracy.
- Researching and obtaining additional information for incomplete documents.
- Generating reports, storing completed work, and performing backup operations.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Proficiency with databases and customer management software.
- Strong grasp of customer success principles.
