Job Description:
Humana is seeking a meticulous Data Entry Representative to support our Human Resources team. This role involves entering various standard and complex business data into our HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. You will prepare source data for entry, handle missing information, and maintain the integrity of organizational data. The position demands a high level of initiative, judgment, and discretion in prioritizing tasks and improving processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Access and navigate multiple complex computer systems to review and input HR, benefit, and payroll data.
  • Conduct peer reviews for data accuracy, correcting and reporting entries as necessary.
  • Manually enter confidential associate data into appropriate systems, records, and files.
  • Perform routine data audits to verify accuracy and make corrections as needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data processing to meet expectations and service level agreements.
  • Communicate effectively with leaders and HR partners to resolve complex HR and payroll inquiries.
  • Make recommendations to improve or enhance job processes, ensuring data standards are maintained.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data entry.
  • Experience supporting an HR function.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with all levels of associates and leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is highly desired.
  • Experience with Workday is a plus.
