Position Overview:
As a Data Entry Specialist at Stealth AI Startup, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency of our backend operations. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and input data into our system, maintaining high levels of accuracy and integrity.
• Handle internal ticketing requests efficiently, including user updates and mass data uploads, to uphold operational excellence.
• Update and maintain models using the model builder interface, ensuring the system remains current and effective.
• Perform light analytical tasks, such as system audits and analysis, to ensure accuracy and consistency in AI-driven outputs.
• Effectively manage tasks and priorities using Asana/Zendesk, ensuring timely completion of assignments with minimal supervision.
• Prepare and update documentation, including data guidelines and procedures, to enhance team efficiency and ensure consistency in data handling.
• Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations for internal communications, facilitating clear and effective information dissemination.

Professional Qualifications:

• Experience in data entry or support roles with a focus on backend tasks, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Capable of working independently in a remote environment, showcasing effective time management, self-motivation, and communication skills.
• Basic analytical abilities to perform data audits and analyses, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
