Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate documentation by entering and correcting clinical data
- Provide timely service to staff while maintaining accuracy
- Assist in testing new EHR functionality
- Maintain confidentiality and security of data
- Support special projects related to data correction within the electronic health record
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one (1) year experience working with EHR/EMR systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport across various groups
