Job Description:
As a Data Quality Analyst at Sagan Recruitment, you will be essential in ensuring data accuracy and compliance with client requirements. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong proficiency in English, and the ability to interpret complex instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Review and edit ETL-generated templates to ensure they meet client specifications.
• Identify and correct OCR (Optical Character Recognition) errors by comparing current versions with previous claims.
• Modify rejection statements to match client-specific formatting and phrasing.
• Ensure all cited references are included, OCR’d, and annotated according to client requests.
• Verify the inclusion of company analytics reports in the final packet, downloading them again if necessary.
• Maintain the highest data quality standards by making necessary changes and edits before re-uploading documents.

Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex client instructions to document reviews.
• Preference for candidates using a Windows machine over a Mac.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word) and Adobe.
• Must pass a skill fit test with a score of 95% or above.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Efficient time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• A stable internet connection and a personal computer/laptop are required.
• NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED! We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
