Job Description:
As a Diagnostic Sales Manager, you will be a key player in managing territory market share, business portfolios, and growth goals. Partnering with Equipment Specialists and leveraging your sales expertise, you will promote, sell, and support Antech Reference Lab services, In-house Diagnostics, Telemedicine offerings, and Imaging systems.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement territory coverage plans, conducting in-person sales calls to achieve growth targets.
- Drive year-over-year Diagnostic revenue growth through new account acquisition and existing account upgrades.
- Independently advance sales to the closure of business contracts, adhering to the sales operations process.
- Create and execute quarterly sales plans to meet objectives.
- Provide diagnostic product education, training, and support.
- Identify customer needs, propose solutions, and maintain fiscal responsibility for the territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and collaborate with Inside Sales Teams.
- Enhance the overall customer experience by researching customers before visits.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 3+ years of successful field sales experience.
- Demonstrable success in prospecting, pre-call planning, and closing deals.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Ability to travel up to 85% within the assigned territory.
